- Take up what you like :- It is not necessary that you start doing those activity or exercise recommended by the trainer only. As per your convenience you can choose any sort of cardio activity which suits you best. Runnin or jogging is one of the most conveneint ways as there is no need to rely on heavy equipments. People can also take up aerobics and swimming as both are quite effective cardio exercises.
- Make a time table :- Prepare an accurate time table and assign proper amount of time to each of the cardio exercise. Each of these exercises have to be performed for a certain time period which should not be extended.
- Stretch up a bit :- Warming up a little before any exercise is always good as the body muscles are relaxed and it helps in performing the exercise in a much better manner. Also you can’t just start running at a high pace as the heart need some time to be prepared for pumping the required amount of blood to the body.
- Gradually increase the speed :- After the initial days have passed it’s time to push up the limits a bit and there is the need to increase your speed. Like, for instance, when walking on a treadmill you can start increasing the level day by day and in this way your body will also get time to adjust accordingly.
